Growing up in the beautiful plains of South Dakota, my journey in occupational therapy began with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then pursued my passion further by earning a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. This solid educational foundation has empowered me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the children and families I serve.

My inspiration to become an occupational therapist stemmed from my desire to help people. I’ve always seen the best in others and find immense joy in supporting those around me. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy in the lives of young ones, along with the effects that early intervention and support can have on families, motivated me to pursue this rewarding career. I strive to not only combine my love for working with kids but also to be a valuable resource for families, helping to improve their quality of life.

I launched my career in the vibrant Denver, CO area, providing therapy services in outpatient settings and private schools. But my thirst for knowledge and adventure led me to work at renowned Level 1 Acute Care hospitals, including the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, IA, and Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Over 8 transformative years, I honed my skills in fast-paced environments, learning invaluable lessons along the way.

Now, I’m proud to offer individualized evaluations tailored to each child's unique needs, along with thoughtful follow-up recommendations for any additional concerns. I provide treatments within the comfort of families' homes, equipping them with strategies to promote their child’s development and securing the right equipment and toys to ensure success. I’ve also witnessed the deep need for more services in the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon, TN area, and I am committed to addressing this gap.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family (including my four-legged fur babies)and adventuring outdoors!
